Ruach haKodesh as Mother Holy Spirit? Yes. Aminata Njeri presents a look at the Holy Spirit’s feminine aspect, which is very rare, especially in Western culture. I found the author's eloquent writing and deep scholarship to be an absolute fresh perspective on the Holy Spirit, as it mixes spiritual insight with theological inquiry. What I loved the best about the book is its invitation to reconsider conventional views and to be open to a more broad understanding of divine wisdom. I think this book is enlightening work and will surely be a transformative read for those of us seeking a deeper spiritual connection and appreciation. Well done, Aminata!

I have been a Christian all my life with a deep faith. I chose this book bcause the title and cover sparked my interest. I had never thought of The Holy Spirit with a feminine dimension.
God’s Word stands as ultimate truth. The author complimented scripture while never contradicting it. I appreciated this!
When God created us, he created us in his image. Creating both male and female, I do believe there are both feminine and masculine aspects of God and the divine trinity as does the author.
While we see through a glass darkly now, someday we will see more clearly. Until then, this book certainly gave me food for thought that was uplifting, sparking both wonder and a yearning for deeper spiritual insight.
Wisdom is a gift from God for all those who ask with a sincere heart. This book was certainly written with a sincere heart desire to lead people to Jesus. For all these reasons I give it five resounding stars.

This is my first spiritual reading, and I have to say that I enjoy it. There is a feminine dimension of the Holy Spirit that runs through the book, which is really different than my usual conception. But it doesn't cause conflict, it rather encourages the deep-digging and expanding one's spiritual horizons.
